Super Powered Assistant:
Magic Ring
Designed an omnichannel experience for SK-II bridging in-store beauty advisor tools with consumer-facing mobile platforms — creating a seamless luxury journey across flagship boutiques, in-store counters, and digital touchpoints.
At the core of the project was the Super Powered Assistant (SPA), an internal tablet application used by over 1,500 SK-II Beauty Influencers across Japan and Greater China. The tool supports advisors across skin counselling, store logistics, and personal sales performance tracking — all within a single, intuitive interface.
My focus was the Magic Ring: Face Zone Counselling flow — an in-store experience allowing consumers to discover their true skin age through SK-II's proprietary diagnostic device. The Magic Ring assesses skin across five dimensions — refined texture, wrinkle resilience, radiance, firmness, and spots control — then derives a personalized skin age, opportunity areas, and key concern zones, translating complex diagnostic data into a clear, elegant, and actionable consumer experience.
